Located in Berlin’s historic Markthalle Neun, we are a small bakery and deli inspired by years of cooking and baking our way around NYC and by fresh seasonal fruits and good grains. Our flour comes from a family mill im Erzgebirge and we use regional and bio ingredients in all of our baked goods.
